Quality policy

ASOSH quality policy: our commitment to meeting customer and regulatory expectations and continually improving our training and services.

Last updated November 2026 1 min read Print

ASOSH provides health, safety, quality, environmental, safeguarding and management consulting and training activities, products and services. We are committed to meeting regulatory and customer expectations and to delivering customer satisfaction in everything we do.

Continual improvement of what we do to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.

Our quality principles

  • Our customers — we listen to our customers, understand their needs and expectations and seek to satisfy them, while also meeting the needs of other stakeholders.
  • Our leadership — we set and communicate a clear vision and, through our leadership style, promote our core values and encourage our people to work in line with them.
  • Our people — we involve our people in our development, use their knowledge and experience, recognise their contribution and provide an environment in which they enjoy their work.
  • Our processes — we manage our work as cross-discipline processes designed to achieve pre-determined objectives.
  • Our systems — we manage the organisation as a system of interdependent parts that together produce results that meet stakeholders’ needs.
  • Continual improvement — everyone is encouraged and supported to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our activities, products, services and management system.
  • Evidence-based decisions — we base decisions on the analysis of data collected, where practicable, from accurate measurement of our products, processes and organisation.
  • Our relationships — we build relationships with those we depend on and work with them to improve performance together.

Our management system

Our quality management system forms part of our integrated management system, covering quality, health and safety and the environment. Its purpose is to focus our effort on what our customers and wider stakeholders value, in the most efficient and effective way, and to keep improving our performance.

This policy is reviewed regularly by senior management and communicated to everyone who works for or on behalf of ASOSH.
